I’ve been blogging since around 2010.
I’m not bragging, heck, I suck at blogging!
But guess what? At least I’m still blogging.
The main reason I still blog, is because I don’t put myself in a cage.
So many people, put a “limit” regarding what content they’re “allowed” to write about.
Want my two cents? Give yourself permission to blog about whatever the hell you want.
Blog about politics. About what you’re having for dinner. About the movie you saw lastnight, or how annoying (or cool) your neighbors are.
I’m not saying that you can’t be a niche blogger.
BUT, since 99.99% of bloggers ultimately end up QUITTING, I think this “blog about anything” mentality can give you a major advantage.
Because if you have such a narrow focus, then writer’s block is going to SLAUGHTER your soul.
Never forget this – creative freedom is your greatest weapon when trapped in the icy clutches of writer’s block.
So… Rant aside… Don’t put yourself in a cage.
Keep writing. Even if you go off on rants and tangents every now and then.
It’s better than writing about nothing.

Talk later, and have a great day.
