Today, December 4th is National Extraordinary Work Team Recognition Day, and it’s a great time to say THANK YOU to those who help you in your business.
It doesn’t matter if you operate a pizzeria, if you’re an internet marketing consultant, or if you just write and publish books on Kindle.
I’d be willing to bet you a steak dinner, that you have people who make all of your wonderful accomplishments possible.
Have you thanked them recently? When was the last time you told them how much you care about, and appreciate their work?
Today is an awesome time to give thanks to everyone around you who helps you be who you are.
Especially because, I propose, that there has never been this much collaboration on this planet.
The Internet of things allows our networks and devices to communicate with one another.
Our networks and devices have never been this tightly connected; our businesses all reside and benefit on massively fast networks operating at the speed of light and are therefore all interconnected in ways hardly imagined merely a decade ago.
Our ability to tap into different (and massive) marketplaces has never been this exciting.
Easy access to awesome ghostwriters, consultants, designers and freelancers, from anywhere on the planet has never been this accessible.
You Have The Power To Make This World Awesome, Start By Telling Your Team How Much They Rock!
Your ghostwriter. Your graphic designer. Your personal chef. Your co-workers. Even your boss. Anyone who helps you be you, and anyone who helps to make your work shine.
Never take your team for granted. In all probability, they give you their all and are happy to aid you in your entrepreneurial endeavors.
However, as humans, it’s so easy to take one’s team for granted. Even if we’re not speaking specifically about employees our outsourced help; even if we’re talking about our own peers.
I think that, as entrepreneurs, we have a wonderful opportunity to make the workforce, whether we’re talking about a virtual office or a brick and mortar establishment, a much better and awesome place to exist.
We’re humans on a planet, we should strive to make our stay here an awesome experience, and simply by saying thanks, and showing appreciation, we can make this planet a much warmer place.
It all starts today, on December 4th, when we recognize each and every member of our team.
And it doesn’t matter whether we’re operating within a 500 person empire, or a 2 or 3 person team.
Saying thanks has never been more important, and the benefits, have never been this extraordinary.
In any event I thank you so much for reading this. You rock, and please remember your teammates on this day.
Cordially and humbly yours…
