Today I’d like to briefly chat about your goals.
Your goals change like anything else in life.
Often, in my life at least, when I get more experience, I notice how foolish, and daresay stupid my goals have been.
What I really want to say is that your goals aren’t a static thing.
You have to reevaluate your goals, and change them if things aren’t working as planned.
And, as time goes on, you might find that your goals have been outright silly (for one reason or the other).
Sometimes, as time goes on, you’ll truly realize that your goals absolutely suck. It happens to me all the time, which is why I’m always changing.
That’s the beauty of writing down where you want to be, because if you’re not on schedule, you can modify your way of life.
Is The Internet Full Of Scams?
Just the other day I replied on the WarriorForum to someone who said that the Internet’s full of scams…
I said something along these lines – “Don’t do what other people tell you. Develop your own business plan”.
I think that’s the best advice I can give you going forward.
The ability to think for yourself, is more important than anything else, in my opinion.
It’s a skill that requires exercise, much like anything else.
Don’t Do What Others Tell You To Do
Of course in some areas of your life this is important. I’m not saying to be a hellacious rebel.
I’m just advising you to think for yourself.
When you reevaluate and develop your own goals, build them according to what you want, and to what you think is right.
Don’t look to anyone else to build your goals for you… What good is that?
Develop your own plan, so you can put your own destiny in your own control.
That way, even if you flop terribly, at least you’ll own it and have the wisdom to modify your future.
