Rule number one. If you publish content, your content will get pirated.
You can’t stop it. You can’t fight the nature of man.
It’s a rule you’ve seen authors argue with over the years.
And it’s important that you come to terms with this unfortunate reality, or you’ll go insane when you see black hats pirating your stuff.
But, What If Piracy Was A Good Thing?
The reality, is that you can benefit whenever someone steals your content.
Here’s how you can do it.
Start “booby-trapping” your content with branding, and monetized affiliate links.
That way, even if thousands of people are leeching your content, you still benefit handsomely.
You’re Probably Thinking “But That Will Never Work!”.
But, it does work, because if you sprinkle your content with branding and monetized content…
It takes the “sting” away when pirates and black hats steal your stuff.
I’ve personally had tons of my content stolen.
So… Don’t you think that I’ve learned how black hats tick over the years?
While at the same time, being totally cool to your end users who actually pay for your stuff.
Before I go, ask yourself how this would feel. Imagine if the next time pirates and black hats are bootlegging your content… You can’t help but crack a big fat smile? Knowing that you’ve won.
