The main reason why having several lead magnets is probably a great idea, is because all of your potential prospects are going to be attracted to slightly different things.

First of all, it’s so important to know that the world of marketing and entrepreneurship goes together with the world of marketing like peanut butter and jelly.
When you cast your hook, into the water, it’s the same exact thing as building a beautiful lead capture page with ClickFunnels.
Only this time we’re not really catching fish, we’re instead trying our best to generate a lead.
In Any Event, Always Remember That It’s So Much Easier To Catch A Fish If You Have Many Hooks In The Water.
So in other words, it can be much easier to generate leads if indeed you have multiple lead magnets.
I myself, have over a dozen different magnets that I currently use to generate leads.
This is something that I’m constantly brainstorming, in order to determine which lead magnet that my leads like the most.
Another lesson I’d like to convey unto thee, is that you never know what your prospects are going to like the most.
Seriously! You Might Be Surprised Which Lead Magnet Your Prospective Audience Likes The Most.
Some of the coolest lead magnets that I thought were the most helpful and powerful, have converted the most.
And, fascinatingly, some of the lead magnets that I’m currently promoting right now that I thought would convert dismally, have converted the best.
It goes to show you that you never know what’s going to work until you split test it on your own.
My students frequently ask me my opinion on which of their lead capture pages will work the best.
I’m Happy To Offer My Two Cents, However, Please Remember That My Opinion Is Just That.
Because, it never matters what I, you, or anyone else thinks about your lead capture page.
The only thing that matters, is what your ideal audience actually proposes in the wild.
In other words, if people subscribe to your lead capture page in order to get your lead magnet, then you’re winning the game.
However, the only way to know for sure, is to split test.
That’s Why Having Multiple Lead Magnets, And Multiple Lead Capture Pages Is Of Dire Importance.
Imagine if you have one lead magnet with an accompanying lead capture page that can attract roughly 25% conversion rate.
In other words, for every 100 people who see that lead capture page, roughly 25 people will subscribe.
Now on the other hand, what happens if you design a second lead capture page, that gets a 75% opt-in rate.
In other words, for every 100 people who see that second lead capture page, roughly 75 people will convert.
There’s A 50% Difference Between These Two Lead Capture Pages!
That means if you’re spending money advertising your first lead capture page, with the dismal opt-in rates, you’re going to be wasting a boatload of money.
You’ll end up with less subscribers, and probably less sales overall.
There’s another caveat here, and that’s just because you have one lead capture page getting opt-ins, doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll get more sales.
However, if I were to choose between high opt-in rates and low opt-in rates, I’ll go forward with the high opt-in rates pretty much every single day.
But, just remember that opt-in rates aren’t the end goal, of course, sales have to be your end goal.
The Good News Is That Creating Multiple Lead Capture Pages And Lead Magnets Is Super Simple With ClickFunnels
I think back upon a time before page builders, ClickFunnels, and other content editors.
If you weren’t naturally gifted with writing code, with HTML and CSS and even Javascript, then you had very little hope of developing a single lead capture page, let alone multiple lead capture pages.
You either had to pay a fortune on different HTML editors that weren’t all that great, or pay even more to hire a nerd with thick glasses to design your lead capture page.
And then, it gets even worse.
Because what happens if you paid a boatload of cash for someone to design a lead capture page for you, and then the conversions are absolutely dismal?
Do you think the coder is going to cut you a break?
Probably not.
They designed the lead capture page according to your specifications of course, so they committed their end of the bargain.

How frustrating would it be to pay an absolute fortune for someone to design your funnel for you, and then it never converted?
Or, how frustrating would it be trying to slave over programming languages to design a simple lead capture page and accompanying thank you page?
It’s absolutely dreadful.
The Main Reason I Mention This, Is Because You Used To Have An Excuse Not To Split Test Your Lead Capture Pages.
These days, everyone has the ability to create beautiful lead capture pages, and they can split test as many lead magnets as they want.
So, if you have any intention of being an email marketing contender, or anyone who wants to promote their business, it’s absolutely essential that you split test.
Because, it’s so easy for your competition to do it these days.
That’s Why Having Multiple Lead Magnets And Multiple Lead Capture Pages Is Absolutely Essential.
I honestly believe that it’s essential to be a constant student of your own statistics.
Don’t settle for just one lead magnet, or just one lead capture page.
I’m constantly brainstorming new lead magnet ideas, and I keep a very close eye on how my lead capture pages are converting.
My advice, is to always be split testing, and always be trying to beat your top converting lead capture pages.
If you do this consistently and reliably, you’ll probably have much better opt-in rates, a bigger email list, and you’ll also know exactly what type of lead magnets that your audience is attracted to the most.
With that knowledge, comes the ability to unlock a near infinite stream of brainstorming power.
So you can brainstorm even more lead magnet ideas, and offer even better solutions to your prospective audience, whom you now have a superior understanding of.
