Email marketing, in my humble and honest opinion, is one of the best ways to promote anything.

Many of the sales funnel styles will of course enable you to build your email list, and generate leads.
So instead of promoting your affiliate links directly, ClickFunnels can make it super easy to build entire marketing funnels around your affiliate offers.
Once you have your email list setup, you can then focus on creating powerful content for your audience.
One of the best types of sales funnel for affiliate marketers, is the affiliate bridge funnel.
Affiliate Marketing Lead Generation Method # 01 – Affiliate Bridge Funnels.

An affiliate bridge funnel allows you to focus on building awesome lead capture pages, so you can build your own email list on the front end.

Automated webinar funnels are another super awesome funnel idea for affiliate marketers.
The reason why automated webinar funnels rock, is because it allows you to generate a lead, share an awesome presentation, and also promote a call to action.
So let’s pretend that you’re promoting an Email Marketing Software as an affiliate.
Let’s brainstorm a few sample webinar topic ideas.
Maybe you could make a presentation called “The 5 Best Email List Building Methods That Work On Any Budget”.
Or maybe, “The 7 Best Email Marketing Hacks That Still Work”.
Another sample idea might be “The 3 Best Email Copywriting Strategies That Work In Virtually Any Niche”.
Finally, arguably the best topic idea could be targeting totally email marketing newbies. So the topic, in this case, could be something like “How To Start An Awesome Email Newsletter From Scratch!”.
In any event, once you have an awesome webinar marketing topic that could help your audience, you can then record your presentation with screencasting software, and then figure out what call to action you want to promote within your webinar.
Obviously, in this case, you could end your webinar with a call to action that promotes your Email Marketing Software affiliate link.
Then, once your webinar script is perfected and recorded, you can then use that webinar to generate leads and promote your email list over and over again.
So you can record the perfect presentation once, and then use it over and over again, which in my opinion totally rocks.
You now have an awesome automated webinar funnel that can help to build your email list, share awesome content, build your own brand, and you can then promote your affiliate link after you deliver awesome value on the webinar.

Affiliate Marketing Lead Generation Method # 03 – Lead Magnet Funnels.
A Lead Magnet Funnel is probably one of the simplest marketing funnels. The lead magnet funnel has one goal and one goal only, which is to get your end user to subscribe to your email newsletter!
Traditionally, a lead magnet funnel only has a few pages. The actual squeeze page (also known as the lead capture page), a thank you page, and a download page.
The squeeze page is the actual lead capture page. This is when you pre-sell your affiliate offer, and also, ideally, promise to give the end user some type of ethical bribe so they actually agree to join your email newsletter. (They won’t join your email newsletter for the heck of it haha, you probably have to give them an awesome reason!).
The thank you page is the page that your end user sees after they subscribe. This usually contains a video thanking your end user for subscribing, reminding them to check their email, and also promoting a call to action. (Of course, this call to action could very easily be your affiliate link).
But first, let’s talk about your lead magnet. What type of lead magnet could you promote?
Maybe you could bribe your end user with an awesome report, a free course, or maybe some type of resource that can benefit them somehow or make their life easier.
One of the easiest lead magnets to make, is of course a report. Ideally, the report could talk about something that’s related to your affiliate offer. In this case, and in a previous example, we talked about the possibility of promoting an Email Marketing Software as an affiliate.
So, maybe you could have a report that teaches the top 10 email list building methods, the top 7 email marketing hacks, or even a guide that teaches all about the affiliate offer that you want to pre-sell.
Either way, once you develop an awesome Lead Magnet Funnel, and have a super cool lead magnet, you can then focus on promoting that funnel instead of your affiliate link directly.
This way, you can hopefully build an awesome email newsletter, share powerful content with your audience, and of course, recommend affiliate offers that they might appreciate, and benefit from.

Affiliate Marketing Lead Generation Method # 04 – A Free Email Course!
I think that a free email course can be one of the best lead magnets to create.
First of all, if you give away a free email course, then this makes for the perfect content that can help your audience.
A good email course can also be a really clever way to sell your affiliate offers.
So maybe at the end of each email in your course (maybe your email course is 7 days or 14 days), you could have a small “PS” at the end of the email that promotes your offer.
Adding a “PS” at the end of your emails is an awesome email marketing strategy, I think. This is superior to a straight-up sales pitch in my opinion. Because I honestly believe that if your email content is valuable, then your end users are at least a little more likely to click on and tolerate (lol) your affiliate links.
Most importantly, if your emails are valuable, then I honestly believe that your subscribers are more likely to appreciate you, and hopefully, stay subscribed over the long-haul!
If you’re stressed out about how long your email course should be, just ask yourself, how much time do you need to teach your end users something cool?
Maybe a 7 day course could be fine? Or maybe you want to totally go all out and write an epic 21 day email course?
The world is yours, and I honestly believe that you’re only limited by your imagination!

In this email I tried to brainstorm a bunch of cool methods so affiliate programs can generate leads using ClickFunnels.
The truth is that I honestly believe that affiliate marketers should focus on building their email list!
That way, you can always share awesome content with your audience, and instead of spending money on advertising to simply promote your affiliate link, you can instead build your own asset, which is, of course, your own email list.
This way, you can focus on branding yourself, creating and sharing awesome content, and then afterwards you can then promote absolutely any affiliate offer that you want. (Just remember the “PS” method, this is my favorite!).
Another huge benefit of building an email newsletter, is that you can always promote different offers. Let’s say that your audience doesn’t like a particular offer. Well, the beauty of having an email newsletter, or an email list, is that you can switch up your affiliate offers whenever you want.
Maybe one week you promote one offer, then the next week you promote another offer, and so on. This way you can split test different things to see what your end users like the most.
