After you have your lead magnet, the next thing that your email list building funnel needs, is a lead capture page!
Want my advice? Keep it simple!
You might find that the simpler and more straight to the point your lead capture page is, the higher the conversions.

Here’s a step that a lot of novice marketers forget! That step, is to create a really awesome thank you page.
Because after your prospect subscribes to your email list, then it’s time to THANK your subscriber for subscribing, and also provide additional instructions on how they can obtain their lead magnet.
You can also provide a one time offer on your Thank You Page. A cool way to organize this, is to simply thank your prospects for subscribing, remind them to check their email for their lead magnet, AND THEN to briefly teach something, or sell one of your products or services.
